I’m excited to serve the RFG Wealth Advisory community and bring a relationship-driven approach to my work here. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BAAS in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. My roles have allowed me to connect with people, build meaningful relationships, and support families and businesses in their goals. My focus has always been on caring for others, being a resource, and helping create lasting connections within the community.
My wife, Stefanie, and I have called Argyle home for eight years, where we’re raising our three boys—Cayden, Casen, and Connor. Soon after moving, we plugged into the community through Denton Country Club, which has become a special place for our family. I serve as president of the Men’s Golf Association and on additional committees.
Outside of work, you’ll find me coaching my boys in baseball or basketball, spending time with family, or enjoying a round of golf. What drives me most is people—creating relationships, making introductions, and fostering a sense of belonging. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue doing that here at RFG.
Stef and I are fortunate to have active kids but that means we’re on the go quite a bit. From golf tournaments and baseball tournaments to attending North Texas athletic events, there is never a dull moment around our household.
I’ve been fortunate to coach all my kids at one point or another, with baseball giving me the most experience and now going on 25 seasons. While I have more expertise coaching baseball, coaching on the basketball court is an exciting change of pace and intensity.
While my golf game could be better, I love playing the game as much as I can. The great Bobby Jones said “Golf is the closest game to the game we call life. You get bad breaks from good shots; you get good breaks from bad shots – but you have to play the ball where it lies.”
Kentucky Bourbon. I got swept into the bourbon craze several years ago and my love for good bourbon has evolved. I generally like the unfiltered and cask strength bourbon, but I’ve never met a bourbon I wasn’t interested in trying.
While my music palette is awfully diverse, I’d have to take Texas Country and Red Dirty Country as my absolute favorites. From Turnpike Troubadours to the Randy Rogers Band, I like to turn music on every chance I get.
