Chris Robinson

Hello, my name is Chris Robinson and I am the founder and president of RFG Wealth Advisory. I live with my wonderful family in Argyle, Texas a short 4 miles from our RFG Wealth Advisory headquarters, which is located in beautiful downtown Argyle, Texas. It is really nice to live and work in the same small town.

I am proud to be a native of Denton, Texas, which is located just up Hwy 377 a few miles to the north. We love our community and hope you stop by our beautiful office to say hello. We love being an important part of our client’s lives.

I have been married to my wife Joyce for 19 years. We have four children, Henry, Jacob, Ben and Molly. That makes three teenage boys and a 10 year old daughter. It can be a bit of a crazy house, but fun!

In the fall we can be found on Friday nights at Argyle High School football games cheering on my son.

In the summer we try to take several trips to the mountains to go hiking and fly fishing.

I get to work with a very talented group of team members and love helping people succeed financially. When you love what you do and the people you get to work with, it doesn’t seem like work. We hope to see you soon!

Favorite type of Vacation

Fly fishing in the Mountains. Here I am on the Big Wood River in Sun Valley, Idaho. I also enjoy fishing in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. I also like to fish for big bass! Stop by our Argyle office where you will “Catch” us working hard for our clients.

Favorite Friday Night hangout

Argyle High School Football Games. My second son Jacob plays for the Argyle Eagles, I love watching him play. He plays with grit and tenacity and really loves his teammates. Our team at RFG works with grit and tenacity also!

Favorite Pet

Ellie, an English Pointer! I started quail hunting with my grandfather Henry when I was five years old. Ellie is an incredible dog who is incredibly passionate about her job. We are very passionate about our jobs at RFG!

Favorite Drink

Old Fashion – Just like me – Strong, simple and a little sweet! We have an “Old Fashion” Work Ethic at RFG!

Favorite Music

Classic Country – I grew up listening to great country music by people like Hank Williams Jr., Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and George Strait. We promise to treat you classically!

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor

My favorite flavor of ice cream is “Pralines and Cream.” It was my Grandma’s favorite and now it’s mine.
